All boys and girls from primary to twelfth grades can be enrolled through the Bay Form.

Once your children complete the registration process, they will be enrolled in Bisp Taleemi wazaif after online confirmation of their bay form school and class. You will be informed via SMS at 8171. You will be able to get their education scholarship money with BISP money and be able to pay for their education so that they can make their future.

You can register your children from your mobile. First, go to the Google Store on your mobile and download the Waseela-e-taleem app from there. The whole process of registering your children through the Student enrollment Bisp app is outlined below.

How to Register For Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Through Waseela-e-Taleem App?

• First of all, go to the Google Play Store.
• Search waseela-e-taleem app and download it.
• The app will have this type of logo; please download only that app.
• On opening the app, the interface will give you two options: log in or register.
• If you already have an account on this app, enter your mother’s CNIC number the password of your account, and click login.
• If you do not have an account on this app, click on the register option to create a new account.
• Firstly, enter your mother’s CNIC number. 
• Enter your mother’s full name below.
• Enter an active mobile number on which you can receive a confirmation message.
• Then, enter a strong password that you can remember.
• Re-enter your password.
• Click on the registration button.
• You will receive an OTP code on your mobile number. Enter that code in the given space.
• The screen will show your Login information. Click OK below that.
• The next step is student self-enrollment in Bisp.
• Enter your children’s Bform number or CNIC number. 
• Re-enter the children’s Bform or CNIC number.
• Then, click the search option.
• Then, the screen will show an option of child details. Click that option to Enter your child’s details.
• Enter the Bform or CNNIC number of your child again. 
• Re-enter the Bform or CNIC number again for verification.
• Enter the Full name of your child.
• Enter the date of birth of your child.
• Enter the gender of your child. 
• Mention if your child has any disability. 
• Finally, enter the EMIS code of the school of your children to complete the registration process for the waseela-e-taleem program.
• If you have more than one child, You can register the information by following the same steps.

Eligibility Criteria

• A mother should sign up on the Waseela-e-taleem app in order to register his children for Bisp taleemi wazaif.
• This education scholarship is granted to children of those women who are already registered on Bisp and receive money.
• A child studying at the primary level must be 4 to 12 years old.
• A child studying at the secondary or matric level must be 8 to 18 years old.
• A child’s age studying at a higher secondary level must be 13 to 22 years.
• 80% attendance is mandatory for any student to get a bisp scholarship.
